What is Vituax and who is it for?
Vituax by Starti is a sovereign Brazilian cloud built for partners: MSPs, internet service providers and integrators who want to offer virtual servers (VPS) and infrastructure to their own clients, under their own brand.
Where are the servers?
In Brazil, in a data center in São Paulo (BR). Your clients' data stays in the country, under Brazilian law and the LGPD.
Can I resell under my own brand?
Yes. The platform is white label: your clients see your brand, and you set prices, plans and packages with complete freedom.
Why is there no public price list?
Because the partner sets the final price. A public list would cap your margin. The simulator shows estimates based on the platform's current figures; the final proposal comes from the partner or from our sales team.
How does billing work?
It's pay-as-you-go: you pay for the resources each VM consumes (vCPU, RAM and disk). Usage is metered daily, every 24 hours, and the invoice closes on the days used, with no hidden fees.
How do partner tiers work?
Your tier follows your client base's monthly consumption, in four steps: Orbit, Stellar, Nova and Supernova. Each tier gives a discount on your whole cost, from 10% to 30%, and includes 10 to 200 snapshots. Final terms are confirmed by our sales team.
Which operating systems can I use?
Several Linux distributions, such as Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky and SUSE, and Windows Server 2019 and 2022. We also provide ISOs for firewalls and VoIP SIP, and custom ISOs are possible.
Can I add resources to a VM after creating it?
Yes. You can scale vertically (more vCPU, RAM and disk) and horizontally (more instances). You can even build a client's network infrastructure from a VM running a firewall.
How do backups work?
We provide daily automatic backups via snapshot. You can also create and restore snapshots manually at any time from the panel.
Is my clients' data secure?
Yes. The platform has firewalls, data encryption, DDoS protection, network segmentation and secure access via SSH or RDP, all on infrastructure in Brazil.
Do I get administrative access to the VMs?
Yes. You get root or administrator access and can install any software compatible with the VM's operating system.
How long does it take to activate a VM?
Activation is immediate. The instance is ready to use in a few minutes.
How does support work?
Support is available by email, chat and the service panel, 24/7, with a technical team that speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
How do I bring my clients to Vituax?
We help migrate physical servers or workloads from other clouds, such as AWS, Azure and DigitalOcean. You can run the migration yourself or with our assistance.
